The Schumann Resonance Set is tuned to the 9th and 10th Harmonic of the Schumann Resonance. The frequencies are 70.47 Hz and 78.30 Hz.

The Schumann Resonance is the magnetic frequency of the earth, which fluctuates between 7 Hz and 8 Hz, with 7.83 Hz being the average frequency. It was mathematically determined by Dr. Winfried Otto Schumann in 1952.

The Schumann Resonance frequency is present in the ionosphere, which surrounds the earth in a layer 60 miles deep. It is created by the electrical tension passing between the sun, which is positively charged, and the earth, which is negatively charged. This resonance pervades all living things on earth, and is also the same as the human brain's alpha frequency. When this frequency is disrupted by stronger electrical fields, it affects our well-being.

There is evidence that when this frequency is missing from our environment we begin to feel stressed, disoriented, and unable to maintain circadian rhythms. Astronauts traveling in space outside of the earth's gravitational field experienced these symptoms. When the Schumann Resonance is reapplied, the symptoms abate and we once again return to our natural rhythms. Schumann Resonance signals are resonantly absorbed by our brain systems and are responsible for altering melatonin and serotonin levels. Disruption causes disorientation and sleep issues. Interestingly, lightening releases free electrons back into our earth's field, which in turn induces the Schumann Rsonance frequencies.
