We offer $12.99 Flat Fee Shipping per online tuning fork order, no matter how many items you purchase. Packages are shipped via Priority Mail or Ground Advantage, and a tracking email will be sent to you via email when the shipping label is created. Most Priority Mail packages are delivered in 2-4 days within the USA. All Singing Bowls and Padded cases are shipped via UPS.
For International Orders we ship UPS exclusively, with tracking and insurance.
We know that your singing bowls represent a significant investment. We are pleased to be able to ship them with high assurance that you will receive them on time and without damage. We accomplish this by carefully insulating them with special packing materials and placing them in double boxes. That's right - a box, inside of another box. We have learned from experience that this method offers the best protection for your bowls while they are in transit to your destination.
This special attention requires considerably more handling and materials, but we think it's worth it. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery, as we require extra time to properly pack and nest your bowls, so that they arrive safely.
Our bowls can be shipped anywhere in the world via UPS Worldwide Expedited! Delivery is usually within 4 business days.
Any customs charges will be your responsibility to pay. We ship to over 50 countries and don't know how much your country may charge or what the process will be. If you refuse shipment for any reason, there are No Refunds.
Due to unforseen delays by the postal service, we no longer ship overseas international orders via USPS. Everything will ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Shipping costs are about the same, and your package usually arrives within 4 business days.
