Otto Tuners, also called Osteophonic Tuners, are good for Bones, Muscles, Skin & Hair. They are tuned to the frequencies of 32 Hz, 64, Hz and 128 Hz. You may also recognize that these notes are the 3 octaves of C, below Middle C, which is the note for the Root Chakra.

The 32 Hz Otto Tuner works with skin and hair, and promotes lymphatic flow. It is a very long fork, with a deep Earth Tone frequency. It helps ground you - Low C is the Root Chakra note - and is recommended for anyone wishing to experience gentle tuning fork therapy. The body easily accepts low and slow frequencies.
