Since ancient times, dating back to the era of Buddha Shakyamuni (2,500 years ago) singing bowls have been used to enhance meditative states and aid in the attainment of enlightenment. It is said that Tibetan Singing Bowls are forged with a prayer in each hammer blow.

The bowls are no longer being produced, and are very difficult to obtain. Each bowl has been hand selected for clarity of sound, ease of playing, and each comes with a mallet.
