No Refunds or Exchanges on Special Orders.
All other sales are non-refundable and final.

Crystal Singing Bowl Exchanges incur a $25 restocking fee.
This is our direct cost for replacing used/open boxes, suede mallets, inserts, and labels.

If you prefer a different note or size we will do our best to accomodate your wishes, however not all bowls are availalbe in all notes and sizes. Please call customer service at (520) 260-3014, in advance, to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 10 days of purchase date.

Domestic Shipping charges for Singing Bowl Exchanges are as follows:

10" or under -- $20 per box
12" to 14" -- $30 per box
15" to 16" -- $45 per box
17" to 18" -- $65 per box
19" to 20" -- $85 per box
Over 20" -- $125 per box
